Se realizó en el bosque del Museo de Sitio Chan Chan el cierre de los talleres sobre el proceso de preparación de la chicha de jora para asegurar la recuperación de saberes ancestrales, generar oportunidades económicas y lograr una convivencia intercultural con los habitantes de las comunidades que rodean el sitio arqueológico.
Se convocaron a expertos sobre el tema y la comunidad circundante participó de estos talleres mediante la difusión, elaboración y consumo, asociado a la gastronomía local, de modo que se esta logrando la sostenibilidad a través de emprendimientos como las picanterías y los productos con los que se elabora esta bebida tradicional.

The closing of the workshops on the chicha de jora preparation process was carried out at the Chan Chan Site Museum forest to ensure the recovery of ancestral knowledge, generate economic opportunities, and achieve an intercultural coexistence with the inhabitants of the communities surrounding the archaeological site.
