We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of our dear friend, colleague and Peruvian Principal Investigator Luis Repetto Málaga. On behalf of all of us, the EU-LAC-MUSEUMS project and our institutions we extend our deepest sympathies and condolences to his family, the Peruvian community-based museums involved with Luis and the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) research team. Luis will be greatly missed by our consortium for his talent, passion, humour and friendship. He was a Peruvian national and international legend in the museum, culture and heritage field, and has been taken too soon.

Nos entristece profundamente escuchar el fallecimiento de nuestro querido amigo, colega e investigador principal peruano Luis Repetto Málaga. En nombre de todos nosotros, el proyecto EU-LAC-MUSEUMS y nuestras instituciones extendemos nuestras más profundas condolencias a su familia, los museos comunitarios peruanos involucrados con Luis y el equipo de investigación de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). Nuestro consorcio echará mucho de menos a Luis por su talento, pasión, humor y amistad. Era una leyenda peruana nacional e internacional en el campo de los museos, la cultura y el patrimonio, y fue tomado demasiado pronto.
